Terms of Service

These terms are an interim, plain-language summary for the current membership model and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. They will be finalized before launch.

1. Overview

Eincode (operated by Eincode s.r.o.) provides programming and game-development content, a membership, and the “Filip's Tavern” Discord community. By using the website, joining the membership, or participating in the community, you agree to these terms.

2. Membership & Gold

Membership is offered through Patreon. Each active tier grants a monthly allowance of Gold (the membership currency, also shown as Claim Credits on Patreon). Gold is a virtual balance with no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded for money. Gold you have already earned remains in your account if you downgrade or cancel; new Gold stops accruing once your membership ends. Billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by Patreon under Patreon's own terms.

3. Claiming content

You may spend Gold to claim eligible digital items (currently games, with more content added over time). Claiming grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the item for your own personal, non-commercial use. Claimed items remain available in your library while the service operates.

4. What you may not do

You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, publicly share, or upload claimed content elsewhere, and you may not remove ownership or copyright notices. All content remains the intellectual property of Eincode / Filip Jerga unless stated otherwise.

5. Community conduct

The Discord community is invite-only and gated by a short verification. You agree to follow the posted community rules, treat members respectfully, and refrain from spam, harassment, or sharing supporter-only content. Access may be suspended for violations.

6. Courses on Udemy

Full video courses are sold separately on Udemy and are not claimed with Gold. Purchases, access and refunds for those courses are governed by Udemy's terms, not these terms.

7. Availability & changes

The service is provided “as is”. We may add, change, or discontinue features, content, or tiers over time. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
